nature of the procedure, its important for the patient to quickly bite down on the impression material before it will dry. It was starting to settle and so I asked the patient several times to bite down. The patient did not bite down, so I asked her if she could hear me and if she spoke English. She nodded her head and said that she could hear me and speak English. Eventually we were able to finish the procedure. After the procedure the patient made no notion that she was displeased or offended by anything that happened during her appointment. The dental assistant was in the room with the patient, and can verify that no such words were said to the patient during the impression appointment. Furthermore, I'm not known to swear in my personal life - much less in my professional life. We strive to create a great patient experience in our office, and we do not partake in this kind of behavior. [redacted]

For the first time in 35years I don't have to keep going back for sore spots. I love these dentures. They fit great, look great and I am very happy. [redacted] and his crew are super. I highly recommend them as I have tried others in Spokane and this is the best. [redacted]
