I have issued a refund in the form of a check and mailed to the address listed.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Thanks for answering my e-mail. Yes, for sure my case has been unresolved. Foxfire did not offer any credit for an unaceptable job in hair coloring. Moreover Foxfire manager insulted me by saying "they could not understand me because my foreign accent", I been in this country for 25 years!!! Putting an excuse like this, for a lack of service speaks of Foxfire poor customer service standards.
I went to another salon one block from Foxfire and my hair is perfectly colored. No issues.
My rebuttal is this:
I tried to communicate several times with Foxfire about my hair issues and Foxfire manager has done very little effort in communicating with her staff on how to solve my hair issues; even though she has the right hair formula from another AVEDA salon in Texas. She brings many excuses but not a fair solution. I want a refund, not in all the failed colorings done at Foxfire (about 5), but the last coloring which was had the worst outcomeSincerely,[redacted]

with her. Her complaint was that the formula was coming out too dark. Clearly we worked with her and did not charge her for the visit she complained to us about. Our policy is to make it right for our guests. She has a heavy accent which did make it hard to communicate. The last color application charge was $60. This complaint comes as a surprise because no attempt was made to ask for the refund by [redacted].
