Foxboro Terrace Management

Back on August 25 I viewed the Foxboro terrace I was told that I could apply. I gave a certified check of $185.00 for both application fee $35.00 and a hold fee of $150.00. I didn’t qualify for the apartment. I was told that I would get a refund or reimbursement of $185.00. It’s been nearly 60 days. I keep getting the brush off they don’t call back when they say will. I was told finally it (the check) was sent on 10/18/18, found out last night 10/22/18 it hadn’t been sent! I was told it was again being sent same day FedEx 10/23/18 it still has not been sent. They will only talk to me when I call them, please help me.
