When asking to get my phone repaired I told him that my carrier was [redacted] wireless. [redacted] is a no-contract cell phone carrier that does not offer "loaner" phones. Also why would a carrier allow you to use a loaner phone when they are not doing the repair. Why should I have to be inconvienianced for something that wasn't even my fault. The faulty repair was done by him. He said he would repair it and its not getting done. Maybe he should work with a better supplier that stands behind the screens that he orders.

Customer was told more then once I had to send the defective screen back to the supplier to receive a new one and replace it at no charge. A replacement would not be sent to me until they had tracking information showing it was in transit back to them. Customer would not do that so not much I can do...
for him. He could have easily went to his phone carrier and got a loaner phone for a couple of days.
