With this Community mailer coupon at Fox Valley Dental New patients only Does not include exam, x-rays, or periodontal gum disease treatment" There is an additional Coupon for $Exam, x-rays, periodontal screening and oral cancer exam Legally and ethically we can't do a dental cleaning without and exam The person who made the complaint was noted in our file as having worked in a dental office, so by that admission she knew that there were the parameters of all dental offices and any offer they advertise.This is the first time we have had an individual make a complaint with the Revdex.com, and we haven't had an issue with other new patients using this offer.If there is anything else we can help with, please let me know.Regards, [redacted] Fox Valley Dental T
