At this time we feel like this client was nothing but a scam.Client tried reversing credit card charges after completing the move satisfactory.When that failed .He turn to threats of bad reviews.The client is claiming we broke a Ikea book shelf costing 10,and blamed us for powder on items that came from there own packing.We did not pack this client!and the client items stayed secure.as for items missing yes we did leave a tool box in the warehouse when packing the truck.But after he revised the charges for for not having the items.we feel since we paid for them why send it.Moving Company insurance pays cent per pound (see attachment) the items dont weight over ten pounds.At a max thru insurance they would get dollar.We have tried to work with this client,but after the treats we feel like its better to handle this civil

Hello [redacted] I am responding the complaint from an eBay customer named [redacted] First of all, eBay handles all customer service and refunds when there are legitimate complaintsThis person ordered a part then changed his mind and wanted us to send a totally different part which is against eBay policyWe refunded his money per eBay's policy in matters such as thisPlease feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns

I contacted your business the way I was instructed to I negotiated the price in advance When they arrived they never said there were any extra charges for the slot machine and I was never informed prior to the move of any additional charges as required by law So how am I unreasonable when I followed the instructions given to me by your people and then your people change the amount of our oral contract Had your people stated that there was an additional charge for the slot machine when they arrived, in fact they said it was not that heavy, there is a hours minimum and a 15% service charge when I called I could have made an informed decision as to whether to utilize your services or not The fact that the person who took my call when the job was done and told me that the movers who came over should not have charged me the 15% and that they are independent contractors is your problem not mine The fact is people working for you lied to me or gave me incorrect information that caused me to pay more than I was told it would cost Per your website here is what you state and I feel I am still owed the $per satisfaction guaranteed!!1) No Moving Company Hidden Fees!2) No Moving Company Local Trip Charges! In reply to David R***.I (the Owner)personally called him.and explain that I did his move personly.He was truthfully undercharged for the items we moved.Of couse all our employees work for My company(Because it was me).He paid the service charge just like every one else.If he upsat about it.He is free to call other companies in the future

Why did this company provide fake insurance form before job?Only disputed $of total move costs not including damage to items we packed and they dropped but included missing electric drum set(paid $new worth about half now),tool box with $in tools and scratches in dining room set and some chairs and book self .Almost everything was banged up and very dirty.Only after this company said they would overnight tools and not to worry they would take care off the damages to items and get missing to us.Only after phone calls not answered weeks with no calls returned I disputed partial payment of $675.Thought I was being fair.Dispute is still pending.That dispute got company to send threatening email that they were going to come !miles too our home and settle this one way or another.Wow a telephone call to work it out would have been more professional or their actual insurance carrier.We have items that were left with us by company that our not ours company said he checked with their other and they said through items away(do not believe that}because I offered to send items to them and maybe if they had drum set maybe would agree to send it to us.owner said no and again said do not worry I will take care of you.Not happening. I have checked other movers in phoenix area and I was told that most professional movers will do a inventory of items moved and only after unloaded and customer is ok with move is payment due.Express wanted payment before unload.Express did not tell me this before move and refused to unload without payment.How could I tell what was there.Some of the movers said they knew of Robert and his company and I should be carefull and should have checked with yelp reviews before using them.I will add a review.The company transposed my credit card signature on to a contract agreement at final payment.I can prove this if necessary

I'm sorry you are upset with your charge.You where truly under charged.and given and great deal.You where charge $65 plus a 15% service fee of 9.75 for a total of 74.75.If you want the 25 cents we will gladly return it.As for the statement of independent contractor . WAll our employees are employed...

by Express Moves . ..If you look at our website page you were see That I the OWNER service you.I was on site.and after moving a large slot machine . Yes you should have been charged more.and need to fire the lady who gave you your price.I do believe you are being truly unreasonable . Yes you helped  push a dolly under it.but it's our job to have the proper help.
