Fox Pest Control

Their office staff is incompetent. We have requested to cancel service for months and they continue to send technicians and bill for services that have been cancelled. They are unprofessional and continue to harass us for services that are not wanted.

I have just signed up with Fox by Curtis which whom is very professional and nice. Maquell came today for our first service and she is wonderful. Knows her job and very friendly and listens. Fox has serviced my sister’s home down our street and has always been pleased. Customer service seems to matter to y’all and that’s great! Thank you.

April, is my technician, in Baton Rouge area. She is amazingly professional, compassionate to clients, animals, houses, and property. What she is not professional about, is keeping pest alive. These pest run in fear, fear I tell you; at the sign of her stepping out of her vehicle. , They yell, "head for the neighbors" when she whips her out her mighty sprayer and points it with precision. Commercial? I think not. April is always smiling, and stares pest back into hiding. Where are they hiding? not on my property. Being real here, shes amazing and I she is the person to have on the job. Thanks for being amazing. BWC.
