The customer, [redacted] ***, purchased a vehicle from me on February 10, This complaint addresses two different issuesThe first issue states there was warranty on the vehicleThe car was sold "AS IS" as this is a used car dealer shipNo warranty Was added to the dealIf warranty would have been requested, we could have provided itWe encourage all customers to test drive the desired vehicle before making a final decisionThe customer was extremely satisfied with the vehicle at the time of the purchaseThe second part of this complaint addresses the fact that we hadn't reported any of the payments to any of the Credit BureausThe deal was In-Housed due to the customer having very poor 'credit and not being able to get her approved with a finance companyThe customer was very thankful that we could help her out In some wayShe understood that it would be a similar program as Buy Here Pay Here, and that because we are not a finance company, we would not be able to report any of her payments to any of the Credit BureausAfter a few months, the customer contacted me and stated she was no longer able to afford her agreed upon payment The customer voluntarily brought the car back to me and turned it in Her desired settlement would be a refund or her car back, which we are unable to do because not only did she sign documentation acknowledging she understood her money was nonrefundable, but she also turned the car back in due to not being able to afford the payments any longerPlease feel free to contact me with any questions
The business reached out to Revdex.com to provide documentation regarding this purchaseThis vehicle was sold and the customer was made aware of that at the time of the purchase
