After receiving the complaint this morning 2/16/16, we have contacted *** *** a third party vendor that is contracted to take care of customer service and warranty on our homes*** has been instructed to schedule an appointment today with the home ownerMr***'s records show that
he was in contact with the home owner last on 12/15/The work listed in the complaint is defined as all outside work involving dirt work around the home's exteriorFor the work to be done properly requires dry weather to be done right and prevent damage to the home owner's yardMr*** explained this fact to the home owner during their last visitThe work needed is a result of settlement of some of the fill dirt used to finish grade the home's yardwhich is a part of constructionThe home was finished during May of and this is the first winter for the homeFill dirt from construction does in fact settle 100% until during the first winter normallyThe work has been scheduled for to be completed several times and because of weather the schedule has needed to be changedThe work in no ways impacts the function of the home and is 100% cosmetic in natureOnce we are able to meet with the home owner we will explain all the aboveWe cannot give a firm date of completion of the work because the weather impacts the scheduleA review of the weather since the 12/15/appointment between Mr*** and the home owner clearly reflects the weather we have been having in the area this winter and results in the work requested not being delayed
