This company has failed to uphold customer communication in regards to my insurance policyThey also told me information as to me being insured
I have had Insurance through this broker for some time now and I have been trying to contact him since January to pay my Insurance from December through now and he has not gotten back with me other than at the beginning of January to tell me I was insured and that he switched me to a cheaper company and he would call me back with that information and a time I could stop in to pay my balance dueI explained to him it was important for me to have continuous coverage and that I had my son in the car most of the time and he assured me he would handle my policyLast I know, he had me insured with progressive auto insurance from 9-14-through 2-11-then switched me to a cheaper company, again never contacting me with the information as to which company just how much I was to be paying every month which was $I contacted the offic
