Fox Head

Dear Sir/Madam, July 21,
I recently ordered Fox Racing helmets on June 30th I paid for overnight shippingI received an email on July 1st from foxhead customer service"Subject: Action required before processing"I called customer service to see why, I received this emailCustomer service said, The billing, and shipping address didn't match so they needed my approval before processing my orderWith that being said, I paid for overnight shipping for customer service to tell me I would not receive my package till the 5th of JulySo I cancelled my order right then and there! I was hoping to have my helmets on the 1st or the 2nd of JulyOn the 5th of July foxhead had pulled the money from my accountI called customer service on the 5th of July to find out why they pulled the moneyThe customer service agent was looking at my account and said.....yeah I see it was cancelled, but somehow it shipped anywaysThe customer service agent said, now you have to wait till you receive your package, and send it backOnce we see its in transit back to usWe will refund you your moneyI have reached out to customer service times in the last two weeks about my moneyThe last two customer service agent, have both told me that I will receive my money the next dayTo only look at my account and find that it's not in thereI have been very patient, and very kind with this companyI have a family that uses, and promotes Fox Racing on a daily basisI am very disappointed at this point with this company, and the way they have handle thisI'm looking forward to this issue being handled and resolved
