I have been a resident (at locations) with Fox Grove Management since April On June 25, 2017, I returned home to find that my dishwasher had overflowedThe floorboards were badly buckled and there was water puddled on the floor from the dishwasher all the way to the opposite side of my apartmentThe following day, I presented (in-person) to Fox Grove's office to give notice of the problemAt which time, I was instructed to call the office and submit a work order for the problem to be repaired by the maintenance staffI informed them that this was something that needed to be repaired by contractorsI was, then, informed that it is the company's protocol that the maintenance staff investigate repair issues prior to the use of contractors I understood and complied
On June 27, 2017, Javon (maintenance) presented to my home, looked at the damage, determined that this was, indeed, a job for contractors, and informed me that I would be contacted to ensure access to my home o
