Review: Fox and Foxx and I am in contract for a home to be built by Fox and Foxx.

I was aasked to pick out all of the items I was going to want in the home such as cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile and paint, even down to the door knobs and hinges. I was never given the opportunity to pick out any light fitures for bath or anywhere elese in the home. I was told I have the upgraded package and the fixtures would be beautiful. Well they are cheap, ugly, modern style and the wrong finish. Not at all what I was looking for and was not given the opportunity to pick out. This is an expensive home which has many upgrades added on. An other problem is that Fox and Foxx never put any electricial outlets in one of the bedrooms which were shown on the original plans when contract was signed. I was also assured I was to get five inch gutters on the home, water proofed walls in the basement and two sump pumps in the basement. I am not sure I have received these items, as I am not allowed in the house by the builders terms. I would like the Revdex.com to try to resolve this dispute.Desired Settlement: I would like a $150.00 credit for each of the five bathroom fixtures and two outside lights, also an $100.00 credit for each of the four electrical outlets that were not put into a bedroom or the outlets should be installed in the bedroom. On the size of the gutters, water proofing the basement walls and two sump pumps, I will need a letter from Fox and Foxx stating that this is being done.
