Fox Convenience Store

I am following up on a complaint made on 9/30/2016. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I will discuss this concern with the employee and take appropriate action to correct this concern so it doesn’t re occur. I am sorry the customer left feeling she received poor
customer service. It has been & will be our main focus to deliver the best customer service possible.In addition to this, the customer called the store on 9/28/and I spoke with her and also apologized over the phone and that I was sorry for what happened and that I would have a talk with my employee. I hope in the future she will consider us as a destination to shop at our store
