Fox Chase Windows And Doors

My girlfriend and I live in separate homes and bought a total of 23 windows from Fox Chase Windows and Doors. I purchased 14 windows and my girlfriend purchased 9 windows (including a picture window). Shortly after the purchase we noticed the windows were defective. The seals were leaked and the windows clouded up. We notified the owner Tom Malaczewski. He said the company Fox Chase Widows and Doors purchased the windows from were out of business. Fox Chase Windows and Doors never made good on the windows. We have had to live with these defective windows for years now which are fogged up, have mineral deposits, and dirt and grime between the glass panes.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND GO WITH A COMPANY THAT BACKS UP THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL TO YOU.

They put windows & doors inThe Windows never lock, they shake in the windThey also have condensation in between the panesAfter multiple calls to the business owner, he refuses to come out & fix the junk he put inI mean multiple callsAlso at the time of installation , he also called me with extremely foul language then apologized , saying he confused me with another customer

Review: windows installed in 10/2009 with "lifetime warranty". per owner, chemical inside glass panes is causing streaking and because the company that manufactured windows is out of business, he will not replace the 7 windows. I purchased the windows from Fox Chase Windows. I believe he is liableDesired Settlement: he should replace the 7 windows at no cost to me.

Review: Had 7 windows installed 3-11.

Around 2-13, noticed some growth growing in two of the windows.

They are telling me the company that they purchased the windows from went out of business and they "don't know what to do". Windows are suppose to have lifetime warranty, as per Fox Chase.Desired Settlement: One seventh of $2450 = $700.00
