Review: Purchased a speaker box that was marked incorrectly on the site. It did not fit my vehicle. I sent the box back and still have not received a refund. It took so long my debit card expired and I ended up getting a new card and new number. The owner said he would send a check that was on May 18 and after numerous ignored request I still have not received the $271.40 refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund sent immediately plus shipping cost. It should include interest!

Review: I have emailed fox acoustics and joe fox several times now, telling them that they have sent me the wrong sub box and that I would like to return it and have the correct sub box sent. So far I have one reply from joe fox stating that a driver will pick up the box in 1-2 business days. The week has gone by and I still have the sub box. I sent an email over the weekend and have gotten no response. At this point in time I just want a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. If they did set up something with FedEx, I am more than happy to drop it off at a FedEx facility in order to get my refund.
