Thank you for reaching out in regards to a complaint from on or our Colorado’s Best Deals customers *** *** (ID ***). Taking care of our customers is very important to us and our deals program. Out of the offers that we sold for the Denver Bazaar event this was the
only complaint that we received. I have reached out to the event organizer to get clarification on the complaint however with the holidays it’s been a challenge. Please see the attached email from our fulfillment company that assists us with refunds and complaints. As stated, we offered the customer, ***, a credit on her Colorado’s Best Deals account which would go towards a future purchase. I thought the matter was resolved however she came back and wanted a complete refund. We also offered a full refund for this offer and our team is working on making that happen for her. Please let me know if there is anything else that we can do to satisfy this complaint.
