We were called out to Mr***'s residence for a significant mouse problem in September of There was evidence of mice throughout the attic, basement and garageWe started a quarterly service on the property and have been maintaining it ever sinceWhen speaking with the technician who has been taking care of the house all of those years, he informed me that one of the main reasons Mr [redacted] called was the staining on the ceiling.He said that once we got things under control he has not seen mouse activity in any place other than the garage since the service startedHe has been mentioning those stains at every service sinceWe deal with stains a lot and while some are from mice, some are notIn this case those stains have been there since day one and they do tend to bleed back through paintIt is our belief that we were providing the service Mrhired us for and we had the issue under controlWe cannot however do anything about the stains, all we can do is make sure we are doing everything to control the mice as well a keeping them out by sealing up entry pointsWe do not feel owe Mra refund of a years worth of service
