I purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan on June 23 2018, I was told via email by the sales manager( Brady *** who is no longer at the dealership)that I would receive a fuel card for $250. I had ordered running boards for the truck and was told by my sales person (Cierra ***)I would get the fuel card when the running boards were installed. After getting the running boards installed I asked for the fuel card and was told by Cierra that the manger was not going to give me the card because 'that was not what he meant? but she would get me the card. I called a number of times over the following months and was given the same story by Cierra (who is now the sales manager) that she would get me prepaid visa and mail it. I had called and left a voice mail in late November with Cierra that I had not forgotten about this and after a few days I left a voice mail with Ross Roteliuk the general manger, the next day Cierra called and said she was going to get the card 'right now? and would mail it and call in a few days to make sure I had got the card. Needless to say I never got the card and Cierra never called back.

Desired Outcome

Refund All I want is the $250 card I was promised, after spending tens of thousands of dollars on the truck and waiting 8 months for the dealership to make this right.

We have left Robert more than a few voicemails to have resolved. He has even visited the dealership many times since and each time, we have filled his tank up of gas which he says has satisfied him.

We will again, reach out to Robert and send out a $250 gas card.

The dealership has never called me unless I have called them first. They filled the truck the day I purchased it and when I had the running boards Installed in July. This was offered by my sales person and was before I was told the sales manger was not going too honor the email about the the card. Aside form that the truck was in Aug 24 and scanned for a check engine light and went back for repair. The truck was not filled and I was not talked to by any one form the sales staff. At no point have I told anyone I was satisfied with this. I was called on the morning April 5th and they left a voice mail that I did not receive until after the dealership had closed. I called back on the morning of April 6 and left a voicemail for the sales manager and the call was not returned.

I was talking with Cierra in the afternoon of April 8th, she advised that she had mailed out the fuel card. I received it the mail on April 12th. I thank them for making this right, I am now satisfied and this issue is resolved.
