Called the business spoke with MrF*He stated that they went out to check on the unitUpon looking at the unit it was found that it was low on refrigerant so they added freonThey also informed Ms*** that she had a leak in the coil that would need to be replacedA year later a phone
call was received that the unit wasn't workingThey went back out and looked at the unit and put more freon in itMs*** again was informed that the coil had a leak and needed to be replacedAfter adding freon the second time the freon leaked out again and needed moreMrF* wouldn't do any more work because he hadn't been paid for the services provided and the coil needed to be replaced to keep the freon from leaking outMrF* stated that no refund will be issued
