I ordered two guns from them and have only received one of them which was after complaining numerous timesReceived email saying second gun would be shipped the following week and that's been over two weeks agoAll I want is my other gun from this order placed March or soSent several emails, tried calling leaving messages, instant messages and got no response or follow upI want my other gun sent out this week
We are very sorry you have had a negative experience with our company We have worked diligently to rectify this unfortunate turn of events that was caused by an unscrupulous web developer who maliciously rerouted and deleted orders and emails In addition, they took it upon themselves to post products that we do not carry If your order was placed prior to 3/30/it may have been affected We have made every effort to rectify your issue and have credited customer’s that were involvedIf you placed an order before 3/30/and have not received your order please email a copy of the receipt to our customer service team at [email protected] be assured that we have updated our website content and moved the website to a new web hosting company We appreciate your understanding of this unfortunate situation and look forward to doing business with you in the future

Product was finally delivered yesterday to FFL.Glad to be done with this company and would not suggest anyone to buy from them.Only time you get email response is after contacting Revdex.com

This company's response is futileAn order was processed on my end, after attempting to reach the company to confirm the item was correctly listedAfter I placed the order, I was able to get a hold of a "customer service" rep via emailThey confirmed that they indeed make the mistake of listing the incorrect item, all within a couple hours after my order was placedThey proceeded to insist that I was unable to receive a full refund due to a 15% restocking fee (on a $item), regardless of the mistake being made on their endTo reiterate, the item never left the shelf nor was being prepared for shipmentHowever I was refused a full refundThe full refund was issued after my bank fought for itThis was not a "web developer" misunderstandingThis was an outright robbery
