Four Stars Fence

Review: I scheduled an appointment for [redacted] of Four Stars Fence to come and give me an estimate to fix my fence on July 9, 2013. Today July, 5, 1013, while I was in my basement and away from my phone, I heard my dog barking at the door. When I opened it, there was a paper from [redacted] with an estimate and then I also saw I had a voicemail from him indicating he thinks there was something behind the wheel barrel in my yard since it was locked and he couldn't see and to call him if there was an issue. I left a voicemail, and then he called me back. I explained there was not a hole behind the wheel barrel, but there were other holes. He went over them with me and asked if I wanted him to send out a revised estimate, to which I said no I wanted him to come out and give me an accurate estimate. He then accused me of wanting "a higher price." I explained I only wanted him to come out, which is when he said he couldn't make the appointment because he had a job outside of the city, and didn’t want anything to do with me. I cannot believe a man who would offer to send out an estimate without seeing the damage, could accuse me of wanting to commit fraud. He said an estimate would cost me $35, but he did not come for the appointment, did not give an accurate estimate, and was extremely unprofessional. As such I do not feel a service was provided.Desired Settlement: I wish to make sure I am not charged, as the service was not provided.
