Four Star Pizza

Very disappointed in the service from manager. I called for pizza order to be delivered at a designated point. After approximately one hour and half I recalled to see what happened to pizza. The person answering phone said the delivery man just left. After waiting 40 mins my pizza delivery man delivered the pizza. He stated the pizza order was put in 31 mins ago. I was on the phone with the manager as it was delivered and then the manager hung up on me. I called the pizza shop again to talk to the manager. In the background I heard a man say to the person that answered the phone to just hang up. Meanwhile the the nice person answering the phone did not hang up but said he would take a message. I am a professional and would have liked the manager admit they lost the order instead he told me the delivery guy couldn't get ahold of me. When I came home with the pizza I asked my husband if the delivery guy called and my husband said yes and told delivery guy I was at the designated pick up spot. This showed me that the manager deliberely lied. I believe he is the husband of the owner. Very disappointed with this situation. The delivery guy was very nice and I gave him a tip. What disappoints me is the manager blamed the delivery pizza man. The delivery pizza man probably is holding down 2 jobs to provide for his family and the manager wanted to blame him for what probably was a lost pizza order. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MANAGER OF THE FOUR STAR PIZZA AT [redacted]! Not sure of what honesty means to people!! If he was honest I would have said that's ok how long will it take to reorder the pizza.
