This is the paperwork for *** Sellers BuickIf you need any info please let me know, I have his signature for the work we did and that he understood his vehicle was not safe to driveHe had $dollars to work with and told me to stop the work completely if anything else went wrongOur shop charges $an hour for mechanical which I have hours to install and remove the rusted brake lines and to flush his brake line systemI charged him $for the right front brake line which is about eight feet of line and has all custom fittings in his ABS pumpI charged him $for the drivers rear brake line which is about fifteen feet of line and took me longer to install because of the routing process to wrap it around everythingAll in all the bill was $and he didn't have anymore funds to continue so he took his car even when I told him it was dangerous. Any questions please let me know so I can resolve this. Thank you ***,***
I had *** *** bring his Buick Le Sabre in for brake line repairs 8/17/to get a quote on what it would be to replace one brake line in his Buick but only had $dollars to work with.Looking at his vehicle it had immense rust on all four brake lines and his calipers which are needed
to flush his brake lines which were so corroded that I told him that it would cost much more than the $he had to work with and that I did not want to work on it because that is not how this shop operatesGoing round and round with him, he still was persistent to have his work done.Insisting he just wanted the one brake line fixed and his brakes flushed I told him there was no guarantees that it would take because the calipers were so rusted that I didn't know if the vents would even open to flush his system and that the car would be unsafe if not done right.Agreeing with me he gave me the go ahead to work on his brake line as long as I stayed under the $dollar mark. Getting his car in the shop his brake lines were so corroded and upon further inspection noticed that not just the one brake line was leaking but two out of the four brake lines were leakingLetting him know of this, I had to custom make feet of brake line and run back and forth from the parts store to get all new fittings and connectors to install in his vehicleAfter two hours of work I had everything installed running two brake lines, one to the passenger front and one to the drivers rear brake. Hooking up the machine to pressure bleed his brake lines the other two corroded brake lines failed to hold the pressure and began to leak thus I was unable to bleed the air out of the two brand new lines which causes no brake pressureStopping immediately I called *** and told him his car needs the other two lines because they failed from immense corrosion, which he did not want to fix because he did not have anymore funds. Letting him know his vehicle was unsafe and not drivable due to the amount of air still left in the brake lines and the other two leaking lines, I have his written signature that he understood that this vehicle was unsafeOn the final repair estimate of $dollars for the time to install two brake lines, all the fittings and connectors and also all the brake fluid that the vehicle used. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, I feel this is not right because *** was informed of all the proceedings and I have his written signature stating that the car is unsafe to drive, I am not spending any additional time taking out all the hard work I had to do to install all the new parts in his vehiclePlus he doesn't have any original brake lines in his car they are complete rustHis neighbor that dropped him off even agreed with us that we were only looking out for his safety, and that he understood what it needed to be done rightBottom line he didn't have enough money to do it right, and I only tried to help him in his situation because he was persistent Thank you for your time, ***

Regards,
[redacted] When I drove my car into these people> I had brakes. I had a fluid leak. they inspected the car twice. The last time for over an hour. They told me they could do the work. Like I said earlier. When I drove my car into them I hd brakes as I had had for over a week before I let them work on it. I went from having brakes to not having brakes because of their work. I brought the car home and me and a neighbor bled the system and guess what. I have brakes . So $300.00 was a rip off . When a professional business claims to do brake work and don't have the knowledge on how to bleed the lines they are working on and we did. What does that tell you. I have already been taken by these people. I just don't want it to happen again to someone else.
