Four Star Flooring

Horrible experience with this company.
They did not match existing wood when they did repairs, did not put moisture barrier down, floor sounds hollow. Cracks were filled sloppily; smearing filler onto adjoining planks,
New cracks are appearing, laid wood on top of old vinyl in stove area. Did not answer texts, calls or emails. Would not to anything to rectify the problem. They wanted to drill holes in floor and pump in more glue. Said there was 1 year warranty on labor, but it's worthless. They said there was nothing wrong with the floor. We have had 3 installers look at the floor and all of them said it was very poor workmanship. I would not recommend getting Four Star Flooring if you are considering having work done or want a quality job.
