I am rejecting this response because: I did not take the mattressYou said someone would call to arrange delivery. After leaving the store, I decided the box mattress wouldn't work and called to cancel the order. I never left the store with the merchandise. A return or a cancellation is not against the law. It is business transactions

Customer can read her receipt please.   Right under where she signed and accepted item, it states that we do no refunds whatsoever.    She accepted mattress and conditions and asked us to hold it for her, which we did.     We are still holding it at her request and...

there is no storage charge.  Our driver will still deliver when she ready.   Regards![redacted]
