Four Star Auto Exchange

Review: I bought a vehicle on [redacted] from "Four Star Auto Exchange" located at [redacted] PA. on May 10,2014, but never took possession of the vehicle. After doing some research I realized that it was a BAIT & SWITCH transaction. The vehicle advertised was completely different then the vehicle that was sold to me. Unfortunately for me, I found out about this after I ran an [redacted] on [redacted], and after I gave them a $500 deposit. I gave them the deposit, thinking I was protected by [redacted] Motors. Upon running vin number on [redacted] is when I discovered, that Four Star Auto Exchanged sold me a different vehicle, then the vehicle they claimed they were selling me. They also claimed the it the vehicle had features that it does not have. Now they will not return my deposit and I see no reason why they should keep my deposit. THEY SOLD ME A DIFFERENT VEHICLE THEN ADVERTISED AND CLAIMED IT HAD FEATURES THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE ! Isn't that against the law? Four Star Auto Exchange sold me a vehicle under false and misleading information. Now they refuse to return my $500.00 deposit and will not communicate with me at all.
