Four Seasons Sports Shop

I took a Team Canada hockey Jersey to this company for numbering and lettering of my new sweater, which I purchased on *** for $65.00. The quote was exceptionally high I thought at $120.00 for numbers on the back, sides and name on the back. After it was given to me at the store, I took it out of the bag to have a look at the work. I immediately discovered that the right back #, of the number 10, the 0, was greatly misaligned. I measured it in front of store employees and it was crooked by 5/16 of an inch, almost 3/8 of an inch!! Since the store *** was not there, I asked them to tell *** to call me the next day. When he didn't call, I called the store at 4:30 the next day, knowing they were open until 6PM. After TRYING to speak with ***, the rude *** about a partial refund of some of the money charged for the service, he FLATLY REFUSED!! He was arrogant and VERY interruptive with me on the phone, to the point that I had to end the call with "I will NEVER do business with you again!" and "I will inform others to STAY AWAY from doing business with such a ***!!" Please folks, do NOT give this store/company your hard earned dollars, *** guarantees nothing but shoddy workman ship, no recourse if they mess things up and sky high pricing!! Not to mentioned that *** told me all the work was GUARANTEED at the point of SALE!! *** is a ***, STAY AWAY!!
