I am rejecting this response because: our attorney will handle from here.I'm not sure how long Four Seasons expected us to wait for a working hot tub that was purchased back in March.....but months is entirely too long in my opinion. A purchase over $10,should warrant MUCH better service. It's interesting that Four Seasons claims that the delay of delivery was of no fault of Four Seasons, when one excuse given to us was that the hot tub was on a truck that was delayed, and the next excuse was that the hot tub had not left the factory yet? As you can imagine, we started getting skeptical after we were told several times that our hot tub would be delivered, and then continued to receive one excuse after the other about it being delayed - and to boot, excuses of contradiction. I would love to see the shipment documentation and the carrier name that "delayed" our shipment, over and over! It appears to us that Four Season's used our hot tub for their benefit to display at fair and other events, so you'll have to pardon me if I don't believe nor appreciate the response provided by Four Seasons. We purchased the hot tub in March....all we wanted was our money worth....a working hot tub to enjoy!!!!! Our attorney will help us resolve this issue moving forward.I'm greatly disappointed with our dealings with Four Seasons. I understand that lemons occur, but the way in which Four Seasons handled us as a customer, with or without receiving a lemon of a hot tub, is inexcusable! I will be sure to express my dissatisfaction with friends and family with the poor service we've received. And will continue to work with our attorney until we have a working hot tub as purchased.
