Within the last months I've had to purchase front tires cause they all went bad within a few weeks I tried to explain it to the employee and he told me what do you want me to doSo I just let it go I had the African American employee change my front passenger tire and he put the lugs back on in correctlyHe cross threaded them, which cause the wheel studs to snap I also mentioned that my car was pulling real hard to the left and they told me that I needed a wheel alignment which was a lieToday my driver side front tire blew all the tread off of the tire and caused alot of damage to my vehicleWhile I was at Silva's tire shop I mentioned that my steering wheel was shaking hard after my tire got replaced and asked questions to see if they knew why none of the employees could tell me whyI had to go to big o tires and get two new tires the first thing the customer service rep told me who is certified to work on tires is that bother the tires weighed incorrectly and we're no good
