complete the job are already on site. The only thing left was to install the heating units and test them to complete the job. The last time Four Seasons did some work on the site was last week, (6/11/17-6/17/17). The Client put a down payment for $4000.00 and then gave another partial payment of $4000.00 on 9/8/16. There was a change of order for $1500.00 for a heating update, which was already completed. The remaining balance on the project is $2800.00. Our company has never had an incident such as this one in which we leave a project uncompleted. We pride ourselves on our skills, our close attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. We have already been in contact with the customer who raised the complaint and have scheduled when the job will be completed.

I am rejecting this response because:
The four seasons plumbing and heating did not show up and complete the job  , I'm starting a lawsuit against them,they show a horrible customer service besides committing a crime , I think the Revdex.com should do something about it.
