Copper Electronics failed to send the product in the time stated stating I would have to wait 30 days  causing me to buy  the product from another source. I have suffered a double loss since Copper Electronics charged my Credit Card for the product and refused to pay for the shipping back to them. Unsatisfactory service and customer relations. I don't trust them with anything and would not trust them to refund,
