daughter haad an issue with our salon about the service charge.As you know, your daughter had 3 services with Tammy on February 13, 2015.
The services and prices that your daughter had:
1. Eyebrowns wax  $8 and up
2. Chin Wax            $6 and up
3. Sideburn wax      $15 and up
So we just did charge her the minimum total of $29.00 for the 3 services.  That was very very reasonable price for what she had things done.  I know that your daughter works hard for her money but we all here at Four Seasons work hard for clients as well.
And we only charged her for what we actually serviced her.  Anyway, to make you satisfied, we will refund her $13.00 as your requested.  But to prevent further misunderstanding, please go with your daughter, if she comes to our salon for services again.  Thanks.

P/S: The 3 services require about 30 minutes to be done, not about 10 minutes as you mentioned.
