*** *** in her reservation did not reserve a room with a TubAs we like to make the customer happy if we can accomadate, we did and gave her a room with two double beds for the same priceThe issue with the $was that the internet reservation company calculated the 8% sales tax but did
not count the 5% Occupancy tax, but still after tring to explain that to her my manager Dave let it goThe issue with hot water, well our motel was almost full on the day in question and no one else complained about itMaybe it could be the lot of people were taking showers at the same time all she had to do was wait a few minutesNo one else has complained about the hot waterThe pool was not opened as even two days ago we had a temperature of degrees and it is an outdoor pool, so due to the cold weather it was not open, you can check the weather reportWe try to take care of our customers and accomadate them as much as possibleBut a refund is out of question as everything worked and she stayed the enitre timeIf there are any further questions please feel free to contact me at ***@***.com or call ###-###-####Thanking you, Hardik Shah Four Seasons Motel
Even though this establishment is "under new management" it does not mean it's a good thing. The room was terrible: thick dust, cobwebs, dead bugs were found in the tracks of the sliding window; the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and floors; the bathroom light fixture did not have a cover showing the filthy bugs, dirty yellow base and dust; a shelf (that had a pole underneath for hangers) was completely filthy with thick dust and cobwebs. The bed sheets had black "things" on it as did the pillows, don't know if they were bed bugs or not,' we lifted the toilet seat and there was feces on the rim and hair on the rim; the door to walk in the room was so crooked, you can see the light on the bottom-any creature (ie mouse) could crawl in anytime. I took pictures of all of this in case we were given a hard time getting our money back. We felt so uncomfortable we left & went to the Rodeway Inn (where we stayed before in March). They were not surprised with our experience with Four Seasons. The manager (or owner?) did not give us a hard time with reimbursement, he was gracious and respectful of our decision. If you plan on staying there in the future, make sure you ask to see the room before making your decision!
