I do not owe the businees any money and I certainly did not get the service that was wxpected The service was neither quality or friendly I made multiple complaints to the owner that were ignored and the mistakes were repeated without repair
I’m writing in response to one of my customers who complained that I mowed her
lawn unevenly; cutting some parts down to the soil while other parts were barely mowed.
When I bid the job, my price was based on using our walk behind mower, which is a
professional grade commercial 48-inch cut...
mower. On our second job to mow her lawn,
she told me that she was not satisfied because the grass was not even. I indicated to her
that because the terrain of her yard is not fiat, very bumpy and rough, the only way to
correct the situation would be to push mow the yard but I would have to charge her more.
She informed me that she did not want to pay any more money, I continued to provide
her service for an additional five times with no complaints. 1 strive to provide quality,
professional service to all my customers and will rectify any issues to keep my
customers’ happy.
As far as the grass clippings, On our first initial visit I gave her the option to bag
the clippings because the grass was extremely high. She did not want to pay the
additional charge for this service.
I disagree with her comment that “I was harassed by owner while pumping gas a
few weeks ago”. While I was pumping gas I merely said: Hi Mrs. ______ how are you
doing? By the way have you been receiving my statements? I would not in any way call
that harassment. As a business owners I always present myself in a professional manner.
She doesn’t want any communication in person, phone and mail so I guess that
means I would have to take her to small claims court or write off what she owes me.
I have weekly lawn service and am very pleased. The 2 young men who mow are very courteous and pleasant couldn't ask for better service.
Review: Continually mowed lawn unevenly, cutting some parts down to the soil while other parts were barely mowed. No attempt was made to repair these areas nor was it reflected in the bill. Piles of grass clippings left behind on lawn and mulch beds.Desired Settlement: I would like to no communication (in person, phone and mail) with business as I was harassed by owner while pumping gas a few weeks ago.
