I filed a complaint on 9/13/16, Complaint ID # [redacted] I don't expect any response from you, but those pictures Four Seasons took...do you notice that they didn't even get out of the car? Did you notice that you cannot see the edge of the garden where the grass meets it? Pitiful This company is horrible and they continue to get away with not even knowing how to cut grass, bushes, or goodness knows what else I am disappointed yet not surprised this was their lame way of responding to my complaint They never even tried contacting me at all and I did not give them permission to take pictures of my house.***

All work was completed as promisedStumps where ground outShe had contacted us earlier this year asking if we could back out and remove some root matter still in the groundWe told her not a problemWe explained we would be back out there later this year in the fall when other work was scheduled to be doneShe agreed and said that was okWork has been completed as promised [redacted] has no reason to be filing a complaintAll work has been done We expect a apology from her and this complaint removed from the record
