In April 2015, Four seasons home improvement installed a handicap ramp which was attached to the back of my house We had some problems which he sent a worker out to repair Since that time we have had more problems with the wood warping, and even splintering in one area He applied "skid strips at my request" Almost all of these have come up He has made empty promises to come and take care of these problems He has now stopped any communication regarding plans to do anything to resolve this issue with my handicap ramp
