We acknowledge and recognize [redacted]'s complaint. Due to delays involving the town of [redacted] and their specific requirements, we have not been able to begin the project as anticipated.
In the past several weeks we have made significant progress on [redacted]’s kitchen...
project. As stated in his compliant, the project has been carried out longer than expected. Nevertheless, the issues faced in the project have been rectified as we have now been approved for permitting in the town of [redacted].
In the hopes of saving time we had purchased and received delivery on [redacted]’s cabinets which were viewed and approved by the customer. Since the permit has been approved we have expedited all aspects of coordinating the project which will begin October *, 2014.
It is important to Four Seasons in moving this project forward and delivering a wonder kitchen to the customer.

Review: Four Seasons has repeatedly failed in their guarantee to complete the kitchen renovation that was promised. It has been 6 months since a down payment of roughly $22,500.00 was made on behalf of the project. In that time no work has commenced and the company seems very slow in following up with necessary paperwork which needs to be completed with the village of [redacted], [redacted]. The company has repeatedly come with up lame excuses and has failed to keep me informed of the situation and has also misinformed me on several occasions on the status of the renovation. As of this day (Sept. **, 2014), Four Seasons, still has not issued me a starting date and has even advised me that I may purchase the built cabinets from them but I should look into hiring a sub-contractor to begin and complete the project, which would not be acceptable for me.Desired Settlement: Refund-check

Review: I requested a catalog online and indicated that I did not want to be called. The company sent the wrong product catalog (which did not impress me), then began calling me. I asked them to stop calling, but they did not. This company's representatives call me during the day when I am at work, and late at night. This has been going on for several months and I am tired of it. It certainly is not the way to get my business.Desired Settlement: I want the phone calls to cease. I will never do business with this company. Surely its employees have something better to do with their time.

Review: They called my cell at 8:00pm while eating dinner. This company was at my house for an estimate last spring(2013). Its now a year later and they r still pushing sales.Desired Settlement: My phone number and email info to be removed from ALL four seasons business records.
