Review: Approximately six weeks ago the business was contacted to do repairs on the furnace. The technician arrived as promised and fixed some of the problems with the unit but did not have parts on hand to complete repairs. [redacted] stated that he would be back the next day to complete the repairs. After several calls to the cell number that is used to contact them, but never received a return call or return visit to complete repairs. Have been satisfied with the service from this company in the past but this last repair time is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: Would like to have the repairs completed, as I said, I have been satisfied with the service in previous years. Being older and not in the best of health, I do need the furnace in working order for the upcoming cooler weather.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The problem has been taken care of and the furnace works fine. Turns out there was a delay in receiving the needed parts, they arrived and were installed by the business very promptly.
