We purchased a fireplace from [redacted] Four Seasons was the dealer in charge of supportThey visited my home on different times , charged me $120/visit and did not fix the fireplace problemThey asked me replace the batteriesIt seems now that the problem was that they did not add all the parts requiredThe last time we called they refused to come in and cancelled the appointment stating that the fireplace not working was not their problemVery bad attitude and poor customer service attitude
