We recently had performance issues with our rental water tank In fact, we had a valve break and a flood in our basement as a result The rental water supplier was not very responsive or diligent in fixing our issue We decided to look at our options for replacement We visited Four Seasons Air Control (West) Our experience with this business was absolutely amazing They educated us on our options of replacing with traditional water heater (tank) and a tankless water heater They sent one of their service technicians within the same day to assess if a tankless water heater could be the right solution for us We have a finished basement but the technician was so knowledgeable and was able to come up with a solution that would not damage our finished walls We went with a tankless system, it was installed within hours Four Seasons also arranged for rebate $ opportunity with a energy audit recommendation, which we did and will receive a significant dollar amount back which will offset some of the cost of the tankless water heater Four Season's also arranged 3rd party financing for us Our family is very happy with our new system and grateful to the entire team at Four Seasons Air Control (West) for their excellent customer service, knowledge, and responsiveness to our needs

We purchased a fireplace from [redacted]. Four Seasons was the dealer in charge of support. They visited my home on 3 different times , charged me $120/visit and did not fix the fireplace problem. They asked me replace the batteries. It seems now that the problem was that they did not add all the parts required. The last time we called they refused to come in and cancelled the appointment stating that the fireplace not working was not their problem. Very bad attitude and poor customer service attitude.
