Hello,After reading this complaint I followed up with my Front Office Manager [redacted] who states she has spoken to Mrs. [redacted] several times about her charges. As you can see attached we did refunder her for 180.54. We currently have not charged her any addtional charges on her...
credit card. There are no authorizations pending on our end as well.
