Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls

In response to the complaint that has been filed against the Four Points by Sheraton ID # *** regarding Ms *** * ***' billing concern, I have personally spoken to Ms*** this afternoon at approx 1:30pmIn speaking with her today, she stated that she did receive copies of the charges
from the hotel and it was found that the 2nd charge that she was billed tor was for her daughter's roomMs*** did state that her daughter provided the hotel her own personal payment, however it was confirmed that her daughter did not have a charge on her personal credit card for the stayAfter speaking with Ms***, I researched the reservations and found that possibly some of the confusion could have resulted from the fact that both reservations were in Ms***' daughter's name, and possibly there may have been confusion as to which room Ms*** occupied- which could have resulted in the additional chargeIn conclusion, no credit has been given as Ms*** said her and her daughter will internally handleI have sincerely apologized to Ms*** for the inconvenience and aggrevation that this has caused herAs I explained to her, had I have been aware of her concern, I would have addressed them immediatelyPlease contact me at ###-###-#### with any further questionsSincerely, Deanna D
