The owner was told after the surgical procedure of additional cost involved in the surgery due to the towel obstructing multiple areas of the stomach and small intestinal tract Four different areas were opened to remove the entire foreign body The next day, I spoke with the owner and she agreed to additional hospitalization and extra cost due to the nature of the procedure The third day I told her there would be additional cost when she picked up the next day (June 3) She was informed three times of the additional cost due to the extra surgical incisions and time involved in this surgery.I also called her on June twice and again on June She didn't answer any of those times
