Attention: Revdex.com We understand this patient’s is upset that her partial brokeShe did contact our office back in October and even set up an appointment with our office for this issueOur staff did tell her that there would be a cost to see herIn the past for her appointment she had state Medicaid who paid for her partial and other services in My understanding is that she no longer has insuranceWe tell every patient that calls that does not have insurance what the fee is for the evaluation(In certain circumstances the provider can decide whether or not to charge the patient.) I did try to contact this patient today (01/11/2017) @ 1:30pm to try and get her an appointment with DrR [redacted] to come in so we can look at the damage and see what we can do to help fix or resolve the issue with her partialShe did not answerI left the patient a voicemail to please call our office(This will be a no charge for the patient) We will be making every effort to see that we can help her and not just her but for all of our patientsWe appreciate her business and will do everything we can to serve her needs Shane R***, DDS Owner
