Review: I moved in Olympia Heights September 2013 and I paid my deposit and my rent. I always paid my rent on time until it led up to my accident. I had got into an accident November 15,2013 which resolved in me to lose my job so I didn't have any income. I was seriously injured from my neck to my legs. I have documentation to prove that all of this is true. I wrote a letter in December to the company explaining my situation and I was told that I could and I could at least get my rent waived until I could get on my feet. I also tried to give the apartment manager $650 for rent in December because that's all I could afford at the time but she told me that wasn't enough. Should I remind you when I moved out here my rent was $612 so I know I was late and the late fee made it $645 so I agreed to give her $650 so I don't know why she wouldn't accept the payment. So here it is February and the apartment manager didn't let me know til the last week I wasn't approved for the request. So today February 12, 2013 the apartment is going to tell me I have to be gone by February 17, 2013 but that doesn't give me any time to find a new place or get my stuff together. I have 2 kids and they are in school so I can not adjust to everything so soon. So none of this is actually my fault. I got in an accident and it changed my world completely. All I want is a 30 day extension to get my stuff and kids together. I hate to be treated so badly and this is such an unprofessional company.Desired Settlement: I just would like a 30 day extension so that I can get myself and kids together. I will be gone by then or before.
