We are truly sorry for Mrs [redacted] 's situation.She was informed that the A/C had gone out right before she arrived and given the option to not stay for the study In regards to being a medical facility We are located right next to the ER at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and the parking lot is well lit for the ER as wells as usAll the buildings in the complex are medical buildings so it is hard to think that she that she felt like she was not in a medical environmentWe are a fully Medicare accredited sleep diagnostic testing facility (one of only a handful in the area) with all current licenses up to date To make right with ***, the patient was reimbursed her costs and even offered to come back again at no costIn addition, the patient was called personally by the CEO to apologize the next morning We at Fountain Valley Regional Sleep Center did all we could by rushing large portable A/C units to the facility that night We sincerely apologize for that nights conditions and the situation has been rectified We believe we went above and beyond to make the conditions better for our patients and, also, by giving her the option to leave if she felt uncomfortable at all Our other patients that night stayed.Patient was offered a home test as well but declinedAgain, Fountain Valley Regional Sleep Center prides it self on its service and with over years of operation we have never had a complaint with the Revdex.com
