Ripped off
I bought a used suv (86000 km on it dec 20 2020) here in Edmonton the suv came with new tires . I was charged for the new tires and the tire recycle fee by the dealer and it was documented on the bill of sale ( which I showed the fountain tire rep Anthony ) My wife drove the suv 10 months on those tires around town . Than fall (2021) I purchased studded tires for her at Leduc fountain tire . April 7 I was out of the country at the time so she went in to fountain tire in Leduc to get her studded tires taken off and her tires that came with the vehicle put back on . Mileage on suv was then 110000kms so a total of 25000 km was put on both sets of tires I’m guessing 15 or 16000 on the tires that came with the suv . Well they called her after she dropped off the suv and told her two of the tires were wore out but they didn’t have the same size of tire to replace the two so they replaced all 4 for just shy of 300 dollars invoice no 0171186300 . The problem started when night before last we got a flat 3 weeks after they put them on so I went in yesterday to find out what was going on . I talked with a guy named Anthony told him what was going on and he said yes was strange as even cheap tires last 40000 km and these only had 15000 that there tech said was wore out ,then we went out and measured the tires they sold my wife the one that went flat was only 5/32 of tread and that’s about 40 percent of the tire . and the others were 6 and maybe one 7 /32 but he told me they won’t mount a tire if it’s less than 4/32 . But he told me the used tires they sold my wife should last a couple of summers ? Then he went and talked to the tech but the tech can’t remember the tires . Yet there was a big younger guy another salesman that was trying to help I think his name was glen said out loud for Anthony to go talk to the tech and that he should remember . Then Anthony said he went and looked in the recycle bins but the tires weren’t there . Well I’m thinking if what they say is true then a least two of the tires should have been put into used stock for resale ? And why would he go look in recycle bin doesn’t he know when the truck comes to haul away the bins or are the bins accessible to anyone ? There’s a lot of strange things here but what I know is I paid 768 dollars for a new set of tires that according to Leduc’s fountain tire tech were wore out after 15000 Km I then paid 296 for the used tires from fountain tire that’s already going flat and was told by Anthony that those used tires should last a couple of summers at 5/32 off a inch of tread , really bt . Then he took my number saying he would talk to the owner and that he would call me they haven’t .the way I see it is I lost a set of tires that had two to three summers left on them . And have spent 120 on used rubber from fountain tire that already wore out . So I’ve lost about 500 dollars on the first set and 120 on the second set. So it cost me 620 dollars extra for choosing fountain tire . And I still need to go buy another set of rubber for the suv that I can count on . Oh Anthony offered a free flat repair I told him to forget it .

the tire did not blow because of over inflation.It blew because our tech had damaged the bead while installing it

 Less than four months after having new cabinets built and installed, the cabinets are falling apart. They do not open and close properly and are damaging one another. Last week a panel fell off the wall onto my son! My first complaint received a reply that Glenn had not heard from me. I have been contacting him for months. Since that reply, I have four documented calls to his company, and he has still not replied. The quality of these cabinets is the worst I have ever seen and even pose a danger.Translate: At this point, I have learned that AnyStyle will not complete or repair their cabinets. I am interested in AnyStyles' second reply and do not expect any resolution through this complaint. It is for documentation purposes, as I am pursuing my claim through court.
