This HOA does not return call or send documents to you in person to keep you appraised on importation votes and community changes.I own a unit and had to relocate for my career. Since my departure from the community, I elected to rent out my unit.Since then the HOA will not forward me important documents, keep me updated on important votes or return calls to resolve disputes.They will only make contact through an attorney with legal actions.Desired SettlementI would like the HOA to return calls and send documents to the address provided by the units owners.
