This apartment community is horrible! The apartments are old and falling apartThey don't do repairsWhen you call about repairs they treat you like you are wrong for having the problemThey don't have any care or concern for your safetyNor do they value your residencyThey have roaches and mice that they can't get rid ofMy kitchen was flooded by the apartment above me due to them failing to repair a hot water heater that was leakingThe hot water heater finally broke on Wednesday, and they treat me like a nusance because I am upsetDO NOT RENT FROM THE FLATS AT EASTRIDGE formerly Fountain Gardens Apartments!
